The last straw.
It began with a problem nobody was treating. Anyone entering more than one category had to place separate orders, pay the fee twice and fill in the same form again. On the organizer's report it showed up as an abandoned cart.
Looking closer, the problem turned out to be structural. Most platforms charged buyers heavily on every transaction because their technology could not handle a single cart. Technology should speed up a sale, not make the purchase more expensive.
Arena was born to break that pattern, with a unified checkout and a fee you can actually read. One order, several categories, nothing charged twice.
The next step came from people far from home. Brazilians living abroad try to buy a ticket for a family event, a church gathering, their club's match, and run into an international card with tax and bank spread on top. Many of them have a Brazilian bank account and simply wanted to use PIX. Now they can, even when the ticket is priced in dollars: we lock the rate, you pay in reais, and the organizer receives in full the amount they set.
